Restaurant Manager

Core Competencies and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations while maintaining exceptional food, service, and guest experience standards.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing restaurant team.
• Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor sales, labor costs, inventory, ordering, and operational expenses.
• Maintain a polished, professional, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Handle guest concerns professionally and work to resolve issues promptly.
• Build strong communication between all department levels.
• Assist with scheduling, performance management, and team development.
• Drive sales and profitability while maintaining excellent customer service.

Salary: $60K+ plus bonuses and benefits
